Bollywood characters who deserved better endings!

Movies are a mix of emotions. Sometimes we see certain characters who leave us so satisfied and happy while there are some who leave us crumbled with a mix of feelings. Sometimes, the stories being told fail to give a deserving completion to these characters.

1.Aman from Kuch Kuch Hota Hai

Aman from kuch kuch hota hai (Salman Khan)

I’m annoyed enough by the fact that Rahul rejected Anjali’s love because she wasn’t “womanly” enough for him and then fell in love with her years later when she switches to traditional attire. Aman (Salman’s cameo appearance) loved Anjali anyway. And instead of marrying him, Anjali leaves Aman for Rahul on the day of her wedding with Aman. The man deserved to be treated with a little more respect.

2. Veronica from Cocktail

Veronics Deepika Padukone

Just because she is a free-spirited woman, Veronica (Deepika Padukone) does not get the love and respect she deserves. Gautam (Saif Ali Khan) sleeps with Veronica but when it comes to falling in love and marriage, he goes for the domesticated Meera (Diana Penty), ignoring Veronica’s feelings for him. Meera was a wife material for him, someone he could introduce his mother to, and not Veronica. He turns out to be yet another typical Indian guy with stereotyped choices for women. Veronica deserves better than Gautam’s double standards.

3. MC Sher from Gully Boy

MC Sher Gully Boy

No matter what, this guy always had his friend’s back. MC Sher (Siddhanth Chaturvedi) helped Murad (Ranveer Singh) realize his dreams of becoming a rapper. Instead of letting his ego take over, he wholeheartedly supports Murad for the competition and shows what friendship actually means. MC Sher was one of the few supporting characters who shone equally like the main character, Murad. Siddhanth Chaturvedi as MC Sher gave us a character to remember forever.

4.Chandramukhi from Devdas

Madhuri Dixit in Devdas

All her life Chandramukhi (Madhuri Dixit) is belittled and humiliated for being a courtesan. But she upholds her standards no matter what and doesn’t let others determine her worth. For Dev, she was just a rebound for getting over the loss of Paro. Despite taking proper care of him in his tough times, she gets nothing in return. In fact, he treats her with much less respect than she deserves.

5.Kashibai from Bajirao Mastaani

Though Bajirao Mastaani is the tale of love between Peshwa Bajirao and Mastaani, it is Kashibai who steals the show. She remains dutiful, pure-hearted, and generous, no matter what. It can be hard, to see someone you love value another woman over you. But Kashibai pulls herself together and does her duty with utmost commitment.

6. Laurent from English Vinglish

No, Sasi and Laurent should not have ended up together. But Laurent was the only person who loved Sasi with all her flaws while her family on the other hand found her humiliating. The guy deserved a little better ending.

7. Robbie from Manmarziyaan

This guy loved his wife wholeheartedly only to get cheated by her. But he continues to love her. Robbie (Abhishek Bachchan) was a very good husband material but Rumi realizes this only after sleeping with her lover while still being married to Robbie!
