Science fiction is a genre that we need to still get a hold of. JL50 attempts to get a stronger grip on this genre by telling an exceptional tale about time travel. A flight crashes in a remote area of West Bengal and CBI officer Shanthanu (Abhay Deol) is called to enquire about the incident. It is later revealed that it is the same flight that went missing 35 years ago. Wrapped in four parts of 30 minutes each, the series tries to unveil this mystery which leads them to some dark secrets of time travel. Though not perfect, the effort made here by the makers of the show is really commendable.

5. Rocket Boys (2022)
